Katherine Tomney is a professional dancer, singer, actress, teacher, and choreographer currently residing in the New York City area. Katherine is a graduate of the State University of New York: University at Buffalo where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelors of Art in Dance Performance as well as a Minor in Art History. It is through her collegiate journey that she received extensive training in dance forms such as Jazz, Musical Theater, Tap, Ballet, Modern, Contemporary and Hip Hop genres.

Post graduation in 2020, Katherine managed to keep herself busy by teaching a wide array of dance classes across the Greater Washington DC area where she discovered her passion and proficiency in teaching dance to young children. When performing opportunities reopened, Katherine got busy securing herself multiple performance based contracts all across the country. To date, her favorite contract has been performing as a MainStage Dancer and Tap Soloist onboard Disney Cruise Lines in 2024 where she got to sail all around the Caribbean performing for hundreds of passengers each week. Back in the New York City area, Katherine is excited to hit the ground running with plenty of new opportunities and experiences in the near future!
